WELCOME

On July 30, 2008, an agreement was entered into with NORTHWESTCONNECT GENERAL PARTNERSHIP for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Anthony Henday Drive from Highway 16 in the west to Manning Drive in the east. This portion is 21 kilometres long with 29 bridge structures.

The construction phase shall be complete in late fall 2011. Maintenance of this portion will be handled by NORTHWESTCONNECT until 2041.

From: Saturday, August 28 at 8:30 p.m. To: Sunday, August 29 at 7 a.m. NORTHWESTCONNECT wishes to inform motorists that 97 Street/ Highway 28 will be closed from 167 Avenue to 195 Avenue from 8:30 p.m. Saturday, August 28 to 7 a.m. Sunday, August 29 to accommodate bridgework. Access from 176 Avenue to southbound 97 Street/ Highway 28 will remain open.

NORTHWESTCONNECT wishes to inform motorists that the access ramp to Anthony Henday/Ray Gibbon Drive from eastbound Yellowhead Trail will be closed for underground utility starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 21 and continuing to 6 a.m. on Monday, August 23.
